Why can't they just swallow the herb? Why do they need to insert it inside a sardine. Why do people believe in things like this? Like here in PH, some people believe that swallowing a lizard can cure asthma. One of my friends who haz asthma told me she was forced to eat the raw flesh of a turtle when she was younger.
