The family decided to delay the boy’s funeral in the hope that he would ‘wake up’ [b]again[/b] but to no avail.
Now, Kelvin’s father is suing the hospital and the boy’s doctors for malpractice. According to him, there was negligence in declaring Kelvin dead the first time.
