A dead boy wakes up, asks father for water
The family decided to delay the boy�s funeral in the hope that he would �wake up� [b]again[/b] but to no avail.
Now, Kelvin�s father is suing the hospital and the boy�s doctors for malpractice. According to him, there was negligence in declaring Kelvin dead the first time.
