Miami Heat forward Mike Miller, has decided rather than continuing to have his Florida home in Pompano Beach on the market, that he would rather sell it to the highest bidder.
According to Realtor.com Miller’s home is scheduled for a luxury real estate auction on June 30th with Platinum Luxury Auctions. You may remember back in November, Miller had a list price of $8.995M for his luxury oceanfront home, and was set to make a nice profit considering he purchased the home for only $5.4M.
Miller’s Florida oceanfront home measures a total of 12,982 sq-ft. There’s a main living area around 9,000 sq-ft, with 6 bedrooms, 10 total bathrooms, 8 full, and a 2,700 sq-ft finished outdoor area.
The Mediterranean style luxury home also includes an elevator, climate-controlled cigar and wine room, game parlor, and custom in-ground pool with swim up wet bar.
Miller’s home also sits on a 0.25 acre waterfront lot and has incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, a private boat dock with access to Hillsboro Bay, a butlers quarters, media room, a large den, wall to wall marble throughout the home, cathedral ceilings, and a luxurious master suite with His & Her’s master baths and a raised Roman bathtub.
