This battle between them is going to last forever...now I'm sure Samsung will appeal it to the next higher court. The fact that Apples HQ is only a few miles from the court that ordered this is reason enough to think the jury was going to award Apple the epic win...for now Just the day before the Korean courts found that Apple infringed on 5 of Samsungs patients but only awarded about $38,000 in damages
