His personality. I like a guy who has confidence in himself that even when he doesn't speak, the way he stands and carries himself says "I know myself". Also, I really like outgoing guys; guys who can easily smile. But the aspect of a guy that would make me fall for him is if he (a Catholic) truly loves God from the bottom of his heart.
