I was in the Cheer squad for 2 years in the Philippines. After moving to the US, I didn't join because their cheer practice was conflicting with academics. I never told anybody that I was a cheerleader because my friends here in the US think cheerleaders are dumb But I told my best friend that I was, and she didn't believe me. Apparently in her mind, my shy personality at school didn't correspond with her stereotypical popular, out-going, cheerleader. Smh, well then
