What's the most important meal of the day: Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner?
Breakfaz is important for hair growth....itz ok to take heavy breakfaz because breakfaz helps to start up your daily engines in your body...itz really bad to skip breakfaz...itz not good for your hair growth too.
