I wear one due to my itachi issue. haha. Anyway, I was thinking for wearing contacts but I think glasses are better... especially when your work involves computers. Typically glasses blocks the UV and the helps the skin in the eyes adapt, compare to contacts which are also good, but doesn't totally block UVA/UVB. Recently I got two transition lenses for my glasses. It really helps and is comfortable. One for work and one for driving (the car has already UV tint so I got glass type for driving for faster transition and plastic for work for slow transition or no transition. )
