What's your take on donating blood?
I donated 350cc of blood last march. 
I was supposed to donate again last december, but the timing was bad. I'm in my period. 
The next month.. I was supposed to donate again, but I forgot about it the day before and I did not sleep because I have to study for an exam. Lack of sleep tends to lower hemoglobin.
