here we start
step: 1
draw a circle as base of the button

step: 2
inside the circle, draw another small circle to made a glowing side of the button

step: 3
this time you will choose a color for your button, (i choose blue and white for the glow)

step: 4
now you will make a blend between the base of the button and the glow, i use the interactive blend tool
(note: you must remove the outline to make a perfect outcome)

step: 5
now in this step, we can see that our play button has a volume now, we can adjust the steps of the blend if you want to or where you satisfied, you can also adjust the glowing effect from circle to oval, it depends upon you,

step: 6
here we draw now the play sign which is the triangular shaped thingy. to draw a perfect triangle, you must first make a rectangle, convert it to curves and delete one nodes adjust a little bit and there you have a perfect triangle, you can also make a round shape border of it if you want. just add and adjust, the power is in your hands

step: 7
just like in step 2, 3, and four, to have a blending effect triangle, here shows it has a emboss like effect which we used in the base and the glow, draw a circle and align it at the center of the triangle as what is shown, blend, and there you go

step: 8
now, to make a dome effect in the button, here we make a arc (half moon)

step: 9
here, we adjust the arc, play with the arc and make a curve that fit in the circle

last part
we are almost done! here we use the transparency tool and drag it upward the dome to reveal the button
and there we are with the finished outcome!!
