me i installed a NamBan Pipe

Those are not allowed in Korea 
as far as I know b/c of the sound they produce 
For me I put a bumber at the back but after that someone told me that it's dangerous when you hit someone with it

For me I put a bumber at the back but after that someone told me that it's dangerous when you hit someone with it
