Yes I've been a victim in a holdup incident and I won't forget that. It happened December 21, 2007 in DOST along Pae Road-Upper Bicutan. It was high noon that time and I came from an internet cafe when suddenly a guy appeared and asked me for the time. As I answered, he grabbed me quick and pointed a knife on my throat. I struggled even the hold-upper is threatening me with a knife. I thought he's alone but in my surprise there's another one searching my pockets. The worst thing is that there were people in that area. They saw me threatening by the goons but NO ONE ever tried to help me. Fvck those people. I will never forget that. After they took my money and my cellphone, they ran and I chased them. I yelled to the people to block their way but again NO ONE helped me. I was so mad for what the people did to me. In the end, I filed a police blotter. A week after, someone texted my classmate and my friend telling that they have recovered my phone from the hold-uppers. They want to meet me so that they could give my cellphone back. But my friends advised me not to come because it's obviously a trap. They said that I might be holdupped again so I followed their advise.
So that's it. I've been a victim of a crime and I will never ever forget that. And I'm very thankful that they didn't stab me or else I won't be here anymore, sharing this experience to all.
