What can you say about the plans and new rules to be followed from PNOY? Did it inspire you and encourage you to support him on his future plans? Mine: His plans is pretty terrific because he included his speech about those people who doesn't have a good home to live at. He also mentioned the important characteristic as an officer of this country, that is.. for being accountable to the services.
