2. Eat something but don't eat too much and don't travel on an empty stomach.
3. Bring a paperbag or a plastic where you can vomit on when the need arises.
4. Take dolfenal250 if number 1  isn;t working = )))
During travel:
1. Don't look at passing cars and  don't read the signs. As much as possible don't read anything at all while travelling.
2. Try to take a nap.
After travel:
1. Rest well. 
				
				
 I'd always ask my dad to stop the car if I can't take it anymore so I could throw up. 
I don't get sick anymore though but I'd still get nauseous from time to time and it's usually triggered by "smelly" things. I also hate PUJs with that lemon freshener scent, idk why but it rly makes me nauseous.
