You mean the avatar?
Go to User CP > Personality > Tick the box saying "Use Avatar" > Click "Upload Avatar" [b](the maximum size of your pic must be no bigger than 160 x 160 px)[/b] > Then click "Submit"
You're done.

You need to resize your own avatar before uploading it here, max size is 160x160 and should not exceed in a 40kb capacity. Then follow Kuya Raph's instruction above and you're good to go. Welcome, btw!

Visit the site above and resize it by selectin custom and type in 160px! That should help!
