Don't be deceived by the banner above, the actual game looks shitty like something that came out 20 years ago. You will die a lot. Not that its very difficult, the enemies AI is just unpredictable it requires some luck to clear 'em all. Depending on what kind of gamer you are this can be either annoying or addicting. Play it on your PC if you think two dimensional blood spatters and awful retro music are turn-ons.
