Insta HELP
Hello guys, i would just like to ask, why does every time I am uploading a vid clip to my instagram, the application exits itself? hmm, I am using ipad mini, and instagram is available for iphone only so maybe that's why?
How can I upload a video clip to it without problems?

it's not a phone.. it's hmm ipad mini. and there's no instagram for ipad so i downloaded instagram for iphone. maybe that's y? or if yes, how can i upload vid?

Hmm, that happens to my friend too in her iTouch. When she imports a video, the app just exits before she even gets to the section where we put the caption.
She told me about it and I tried this:
Close every running app in the background, or soft-reset the itouch. Go straight to IG, avoid the filters, and do it fast. Like, if possible, don't take time putting caption to it. Then upload. Maybe it'll work on ipad mini too. When exactly does the app exit?

I have an ipad with IG installed. Video feature works perfectly.
Maybe you have to update your iOS or IG.

Wow thanks tres. But how do i exit every running app in the background? Hahaha! Im sorry im just new at this thing. And.. The same thing happens to me. Like, before i can choose filters or anything, it automatically exits

It worked.. Thanks guys. But maybe because the first few videos i am trying to upload have huge size? Cant the ig cut it or trim vids to fit its requirements? Thanks again
