Are you directed to Load Central?
I registered my sim to Load Central. And I didn't pay any fee except for the load replenishment. So if I pay 700, my wallet balance is 700. I'm currently a load retailer of Load Central.

I am from other eloading company which has the same goal of load central.
Sim activation in load central is free if you go directy to load central office. And if im not
mistaken, there is minimum load wallet required which is 1000, right?
If you are directly to a sub dealer, there's actually an activation fee. But there's no minimum load wallet required and it will depends on how much you want to load.
Same as I am offering. I can activate sim (which has P200 activation fee) and your load wallet will depend on how much you want to load to your activated sim. By the way, I am currently a load dealer.
