removing password on xp only..
1.use your computer on a safemode(press f8 while booting)
2.controlpanel>useraccounts>
3.click on choose thse user account that you want to remove the password then click the remove password and restart!

you can also use that procedure in different windows platform just log in the administrator account

I never tried this before... I'm using VMware for my other platform..
