I would love to be Haruhi Suzumiya, or Haruhi Fujioka, or Haru Yoshida.
Maybe I'm just being biased with the name?
But seriously though. I would want to be Haruhi Suzumiya. Just because she's true about her actions and she says what she wants. Nothing else.
As for Fujioka, I would love to be hardworking like her. ;A; I just don't have the willpower. And who wouldn't want to be around beautiful boys right? (loljk, I really don't want to. Hitachiin twins are enough HAHAHA)
And Haru Yoshida because he's soooo innocent and he's a genius. But he can be really dumb at times.

I want to be Lucy from Fairy Tail because I could really relate to her character. It's nice that she has true friends by her side that never gives up on her and treats her like they are family. I want to have those kind of friends too. Plus Lucy's good-looking, admirable, and she's a brave girl who fights for her friends.
