When you feel stress, depressed, burnt-out, sad or any negative feelings and you want to relax. You usually find something that can release your tensions and that's what we call comfort items.
As for me, whenever I feel bad or sad, I just make a mug of coffee. Take note MUG not CUP.
Sipping coffee makes me relaxed. But sometimes I just read some pocketbooks. Then my sadness or any sad feelings I have are gone.
