Would you like to share how you usually care for your hair?

well, I shampoo my hair everyday but before putting shampoo, i rinse my hair first with warm water then i put shampoo then i rinse it with cold water. It makes my hair softer and shinier. I sometimes use conditioner if it is available.
how bout you? (:

I don't use shampoo everyday but still my hair grows faster and longer.

I shampoo my hair with got2b shampoo then towel dry it then apply some got2b hair lutstre lotion. That's about it.

I shampoo my hair every other day and use conditioner everyday. My hair's already messed up because I dye it too much, so I'm being careful now. I don't want to add damage to it.

I shampoo my hair everyday, conditioner every 3 days and dye my hair at least 6 months after.

I regularly use conditioner since I just had it curled and the conditioner is a must. I'll probably get a bob just so I can get rid of the damaged hair.

I don't shampoo my hair everyday because it's actually harmful to the hair. But I do use conditioner and treat it weekly. Also I use coconut milk on my hair once a month.

I don't shampoo my hair everyday, but I use conditioner everyday. and, I only comb my hair when I think it's too messy.

In our personality development subject, it is said that we should shampoo our hair just once or twice a week.. But I dont know if it is okay to shampoo my hair 5-6x a week, 'cause really, i shampoo it almost everyday
