some says that people who have tattoos have dirty blood and is not allowed to go out the country is that true???? I have never thought of having tattoo because of that, and also, because it hurts
Having a tattoo won't harm your blood. What they mean is you might get/catch a HIV/AIDS by getting a tattoo because of needles. Needles are disposable. One needle for one person. BUT there are lots of safe and good tattoo shops and if I remember it correctly, tattoo artist needs a permit to operate a shop and checked by sanitary staffs. And tattoo artists now a days are using safety gears for their avid customers safety. Would you get a tattoo to a place where there's no permit? My answer is NO. And about person/people who have tattoo can't leave the country, it's not true. My sister have 2 tattoos, and she went to Hong Kong last November. Yeah it hurts but eventually, maybe after 2mins. You can stand the pain.

Based on my experience.

But it's up to you if how you interpret or how your points-of-view about having a tattoo. But for me, I have reasons why I got inked.
