I've been smoking for 6-7 years now I think.
and I wish I don't (not really) but yeah, it's quite hard to quit once you're hooked. So best piece of advice, [b]don't start[/b]. 
I am a smoker but it doesn't mean I like the smell of smoke. -_-
I just love smoking... especially while pooping and after eating.
and I don't get turned off with people who smoke. (duh)
