How do you like your eggs?
There are many ways on how we want our eggs to be cooked.
Mine is over-easy
How eggs are cooked:
Sunny side up: this means that the egg is fried on only one side (the yolk is the "sunny side")
Over easy: the egg is fried on both sides (flipped OVER), but it's only slightly less runny than sunny side up.
Over medium: egg is fried on both sides, again, but longer on the other side. The yolk is more thick than over easy, but still a bit runny.
Over hard: egg is fried on both sides, but to the point where the yolk is pretty much solid.
Scrambled eggs: is a dish made from beaten whites and yolks of eggs (usually chicken eggs). Beaten eggs are put into a hot pot or pan (usually greased) and stirred frequently, forming curds as they coagulate.
Boiled eggs: just boil in plain water for 5 minutes
