@aya what?! Hahahaa where did you get that from? You only need 65-75mg of Vitamin C daily based from its Recommended Dietary Allowance. One orange has 70mg of Vitamin C and I take like three oranges during lunchtime 
And the RDA for Vitamin E is only 15mg!
You tryna kill me! Hahahahaha I hate spinach and if I eat 18 oranges, I'll be so acidic my teeth would start to decay
