^ I agree -To avoid splattering of cooking oil, try to lessen the moisture of whatever food you're trying to fry. If it's a milkfish..pray first before you put that on your frying pan :lol: -Saute the onions first, because garlic burns faster. -To get rid off the smell of the garlic in your hands, just look for any stainless utensils or to your stainless sink, rub your fingers and kaboom!
