I tried Insanity first. I died 15 mins pa lang of the workout. And then I came across a blog saying that Focus T25 is lighter and easier especially if you're not a workout person, and a busy person. Sooo I switched to Focus T25. Hahaha. But haven't beeen working out for 2 weeks already bc lazyyyyy. Ugh. Must push myself again.
