Napatingin ako sa cellphone ko, 6:45 na! Gooosh, ang tagal ko kaya maligo. So I just rushed to the bathroom at dali-daling naligo. Paglabas ko, I thanked God. 7:00 pa. I have 30 minutes. I hate being late. “Maw, baba ka na! Eat na, baka malate ka pa!” Sabi ni Dad. He’s a single parent, by the way. My mom left us when I was 4, and Kuya? He died two years ago. Anyways, natapos ko na yung pagkain ko. “Let’s go?” Yaya ko sa kanya. Bilisan naman kaming pumunta sa labas at tumakbo papunta sa kotse niya. It’s a Porsche 911 Turbo. Ugh, I know. I’m a lucky kid. Okay ka lang?” Reina asked as she waved her hand in front of my beautiful face. Hahahaha! “Ano na? What’s up?” Sabi ko at napatawa. Tinignan lang nila ako, as if I was speaking Greek or something. “Guys, seryoso. Anong meron?” Tanong ko ulit. “Anong meron? Maaaaw, you’ve been spacing out for the past 10 minutes. You’re not saying anything, or answering our questions. Nakadrugs ka ba?” Keanu asked. Ito rin si Keanu, mayaman, medyo marami rami rin ang nagkakagusto sa kanya. Eh, sino ba naman hindi magkakagusto sa captain ng soccer team? Tsaka mayaman pa, at sobrang gwapo. Oo, bestfriend ko yan. “Hindi ako nakadrugs, Kean. May iniisip ako.” “Weh? Di nga? From the sound of your voice, alam ko talagang there’s something wrong.” This is one thing I dislike about Reina, wala talaga akong matago from her. She knows me too well. “Alam niyo yung seatmate ko kanina?” Hmm. There’s something weird about this. Pero kailangan kong sabihin sa kanila. “Ahh, si Oliver? Ayus yon ah!” Sabi ni Keanu. “It’s just that, parang I can’t stop thinking about him, like, parang I found my dream boy..” I said with a smile. “Ako ba yan? Reina: Kean, ipadrug test mo nga to. Mukhang high siya eh. Hahaha! Nagtawanan kaming tatlo. Nagring na naman yung bell. Ugh. End of recess Sabay na kaming pumunta sa classroom. Magkaklase lang naman kami eh. Medyo malayo rin ang canteen sa classroom namin, uhh. Dadaan ka pa sa ramp, tapos lakad ng konti, ramp na naman, lakaaaaad, ramp, tas turn left. Makikita mo lang yun.
