Since then, my sleeping routine changed. Before I sleep 10pm. But now, I sleep 4:30 or 5:00 in the morning. Sometimes, if I want to sleep early I need to drinking milk.


What i would normally do is cover my eyes with a dark cloth (sleeping mask) or read a book.
But when I'm too lazy to do that, I just close my eyes and just stop thinking. It's morbid, but I want it like that. (hahhhhhh)
I know I shouldn't be drinking those but I'm too dependent on them because of my messed up work/sleeping schedule.
