Yeah almost everyday
I really dont know what to do about it.. Since until now, Im experiencing it! WTF...
I tried to drink milk before sleeping.
An air-coned room.
Maybe the problem is i don't sleep early especially when im yawning or feeling sleepy..
I have sleeping problem since the word insomnia invented. Since then, my sleeping routine changed. Before I sleep 10pm. But now, I sleep 4:30 or 5:00 in the morning. Sometimes, if I want to sleep early I need to drinking milk.
Everyday's a challenge for me since i work on a GY shift. Some days it would be too hot in the afternoon and i'll come to work without any sleep. What i would normally do is cover my eyes with a dark cloth (sleeping mask) or read a book.
I stand up get my fitness mat and just start tiring myself
But when I'm too lazy to do that, I just close my eyes and just stop thinking. It's morbid, but I want it like that. (hahhhhhh)
