These:
- I drop my phone and I close my eyes and just meditate aka think about nothing
- I work out until I'm tired enough
- I don't eat carbs/dairy during night time because sugar just wakes me up. Yesterday I ate my brother's leche flan and I was up until 3 am. So yeah don't eat foods that are high in sugar
- I read read read read...because I fall asleep when I read
