I have an idea that if a visitor wants to register, he will be redirected first to Ftalk's Group Page in Facebook where he can get his invitation codes from fellow members BUT the group page is closed only for those who are members.

The easiest solution for allowing visitors to become members is to add a menu selection so they can request membership, then admin can approve or disapprove
