This system has eh advantages and disadvantages

This system is more advance compare to the other one.

Additional Budgets
The students may feel boring in going school
Other wont no longer take college courses/Bachelor Degrees 
How about those parents who can't afford for taking their children that long

Well I don't know. My mind says it's just gonna be another pain in the ass, but my heart says it's good. I'm just glad that I'm already in College.

YES- it will,
The K to 12 Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School [SHS]) to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Payments cover the salary of teachers, uniforms, and books. I suggest they buy the BEST books and make it a law for students not to write on them. This way, people can use them again and again. Screw uniforms. People cant afford them. Uniforms arent important, learning something is. Salary of teachers should be paid by te government (might not be doable though).
I like K-12 because Ive gone through it myself, someone who doesnt know what she really wants at 15 y/o (10th grade). Two more years gave me more time to explore and know what I really like. This will just be a disadvantage to those who are dead set on their career plans because its like wasting time.
