Roman Catholic for years, I turned eleven and I realized my heart is not really in it. It's not an insurance to me and I'm not a hypocrite. But I did pray directly to God instead of petitioning saints or the mom. For my reasons, many have hated me because i don't believe the same as they do and that I will suffer in hell for eternity, I say they are lost and need to see.

I have to agree with @Tricia. That's the main reason why I go to the Born Again Church.

I am a catholic but I want to a born again christian because I tried attending their mass and I liked it there. I felt that I'll be closer to God and I can worship him better.

I just want to clarify that as a Catholic, we're not really praying or worshiping saints and statues, we are just using them as our role model because of what they've done... some devotees are touching, talking and praying to the saints because that's what they believe and it's not because that what Catholic priests taught to them.. actually our priests are not encouraging people to worship statues and saints instead they only teaches us what are things those saints had done or contribute as a catholic.
For me religion is just a guide. So that we will always do what is right and what is good. It really depends on you. You don't need to switch religion or belief, the important is you know who you are talking to when you are praying and your [b]faith[/b] to him.
