Shout what you wanna say. Take note SHOUT not speak. Shouting can release the tension on your nerves that makes your heart like "in pain". Talk to someone who you trust. Go to any places like malls, bars or anywhere you want. Pray is very powerful.
Try to exercise. It will do good on your heart and body. Listen to loud music.
