I cry, a lot. Or call my bestfriend. Or I just buy ice cream and watch horror, comedy, or gore movies. Uhm. I also like playing the piano when I'm really sad. I also play dota or Call of Duty.
I call a friend and run to mr donut and sober up with hot choco while complaining.. sleep might as well and divert my feelings into physical activities.
If you feel like crying because of so much pain then do so. But after that stand up and smile and believe that there's a reason why your heart is broken now and maybe it's God's way of saying he is not the guy for you.
1. Stalk to him whenever given the chance to see his profile page
2. Look for any negative attitude or ugly things about him until it will make me realize that I really don't like him on the first place.
3. Hangout with your TRUE friends.
Then that would be a happy time all along. .
I ask for advises for me to hear different opinions of people. So that I can opt to try what they also do when they experience the same situation. Mehehe But mostly, I watch movie series.
time is the main factor of my healing process...
but mostly if I get too emotional... my output is that.. I'll just play songs in my guitar.. mostly HEAVY stuffs
then after that.. I listen to heartbreak songs
