Perhaps the pleasure is directionally proportional to the size of the dick. The larger the better; since it would 'fill' the women more. Although, I have read on some magazine that some women prefer the average size (around 4-6 inches perhaps?) in the long run because it doesn't make them sore as much as the huge ones.
