But yea some girls want to do it to make them feel confident about themselves. Imagine walking around in public and seeing some girls having things you don't have. And worst of all, knowing that most (i know not all) men prefer the other girl and not you just because of those two things on your chest.
Plus, breasts represent women in general. Some girls do it to make themselves feel more feminine 
And some girls already have but they make it bigger because either, they want to attract the opposite gender (sole purpose of prostitutes and pornstars) or they just want to have big boobs

i personally wouldn't do it. Im not flatchested but it's enough to draw me my curves.
Although there is some truth to that social stigma, you wont really look like a slut as long as your body, from curve to curve, looks proportional. It's easy to know if it's fake or not though, it cant be helped if people are too quick to judge that the woman is a slutty babe.

Why do girls like ignoring guys, i mean they're like being "maarte" and get mad, when they are jealous instead of telling the problem straight to you. Thats fvcking annoying. They make you guess whats in their head

bro just deal with it.. some girls are like that. if not, then just ask them straight up

That's how it really is. It is up to you on how you will deal with it. Being annoyed doesn't help. Know the personality of the girl. Know what works best to get her to talk to you based on your previous experiences (in my case, sending a long and sincere sorry message will do or maybe doing sweet things - e.g. fetching me from work - will do)
Patience is the key.
