Boys and girls are the same. It's just that girls are more... conservative (remember, virginity is an issue to us) that's why it may seemed like young girls don't want sex. I think.......... if sex is sth that's taken up casually (without having to worry about STDs, unwated pregnancy, premarital sex issues and etc), people would have sex as early as 10.
