How do you lose weight?
You can't lose weight WITHOUT putting effort in everything you do. D: It's a whole new lifestyle that one has to adapt to and factors such as discipline is very important in the process.
Avoid sugars. Your muscle weight will decrease by 10% of the total muscle mass if you decide to be a bum for a whole week.
