when i don't have any food with me, i give kids coins. i rarely give money to the adults especially when they're roaming around the place. i mean, if they have strength to walk from one place to another, they have strength to try and look for a job. i sympathize more on the beggars who just sit on the sidewalk. i don't know, maybe it's the effect of seeing homeless people on the films. bottom line here though is -yeah the others said it- it's more helpful if we give them food, not money.
