Rin was blackmailed by Hidden Mist ninjas. Btw, sth bothers me about what Zetsu mentioned from the previous chapter, about the Hidden Mist's experimental bodies. Was Rin an experimental body?? Or it was just Madara's plan to make Obito convinced to join on his side? Dafuq so many speculations.

It's getting more and more complicated. My guess is that she kinda got controlled or something. Those bloody Mist guys mentioned that Kakashi took her just when "they finally managed to get their hands on it." But why do they need to get her dead body? This chapter also explained how they got their Mangekyou.
